Typical Fees
The table below shows the elements that will be part of the
performance agreement and invoice.

This includes 2 hours (setup and event) and
travel within a 30 minute drive time zone from Bel
Air, Maryland.

This is for whole hours beyond the base two hours
and will be specified in the performance

Outdoor/Location Change Fee |
Outdoor events and location changes may require
additional fees. Again, this will be determined
based the information you provide. |

Special Music Prep (per hour) |
If you desire music that is not part of a
standard wedding repertoire I will need to learn
it. Based on the complexity and length I will
determine the fixed number of hours required to
learn the piece. This will also be specified on
the performance agreement. |

Rehearsal |
It is not usually necessary for the harpist to
attend the rehearsal. This can be discussed on a
case-by-case basis. |
Additional Musicians and
Travel beyond the

Will be quoted as required. |

Agreements
After we discuss your specific needs, I will create a
performance agreement and an invoice. The agreement will need to
be signed and returned with a non-refundable 50% deposit. The
balance of the invoice is due 10 days before the wedding. We
may attach additional details concerning specific locations,
custom music, additional musicians, and the like.
